Ladies and gentlemen of the world, I am totally stoked to share with you an exclusive track from Marmoset, exclusively created for IndieGestion! The Hungarian Techno-ician was apparently delighted to be featured on my top 10 of 2008 list, and created this track - Sexy Barman Monologue - to be shared.

Mix of free music number 2, discussion points:

1) The first mix was way too long, and had too many weird novelty songs, so it ended up being a bit jarring. My new rule is to keep it to about an hour.

2) On listening back to it, I've noticed that a lot of the songs end abruptly, as they're designed to fade into the next song on the original record. I have no answer for you, apart from get the real albums and listen to more stuff by the artistes.

I SURVIVED GREEN MAN and all I got was this lousy nothing.

Ah, festivals... I feel slightly less buggered in the face by the whole Green Man experience than I did yesterday, but I'm still not quite there. I've been trying to show my wristband everywhere I go today, and I'm not even wearing it any more.

Anyway, it's been nearly a month since I last wrote anything, and I feel bad because in the meantime I've found out that people actually read this (hiya Ben! Or is it Bien? I forget...), so here's a compilation of tunes for people to download and enjoy. It includes some of my favourite tunes, a few random curios, and some things that fall in between. None of it is boring though; if you think it is then you have no soul.
